滋賀県：死体遺棄と死体損壊容疑で68歳男を逮捕

2018年8月滋賀県草津市で、切断された男性の遺体が農業用排水路などで発見された事件で、滋賀県警は10月3日に、死体損壊と死体遺棄容疑で、滋賀県守山市の飲食店経営の「杠　共芳（ゆずりは　ともよし）」容疑者（68）を逮捕しました。

◇ 被害に遭った知人から「最近男性を見ない」と情報が寄せられていた。

切断されて発見された遺体については、草津市志那町の農業用排水路で、首や両腕などがない胴体が発見された。また約350メートル離れた草津市下笠町で、「左手」「腰から膝までの部分」「足の一部」が発見されたが、頭部などの他の部分は未だ見つかっていない。しかしその後調べによると、切断された遺体は、草津市に住む60代男性だったことが判明した。

司法解剖の結果では、死後1週間以内と判明。遺体には切断面以外に目立った外傷がなかった。遺体が発見された現場周辺には目立った血痕はなく、男性の死後に別の場所で遺体を切断し、遺棄した可能性が高いとみている。また滋賀県警は、2人の間に何らかのトラブルが原因で、今回の事件になったとみて捜査を進めている。
